Eric Carlyle, SDLT
Eric has served as the CEO of Compete Sports Diversity since 2006, and has played sports all of his life. He currently volunteers at Junior Achievement and Micro Mentor and is a former Vice President of the Phoenix Storm Rugby Football Club.
Jared Garduno, SDLT
.Jared Garduno, SDLT is an activist, advocate, and ambassador for Sports Diversity. Jared is the Past Commissioner for the NGFFL and had a featured part in Flag Football the Movie. He has participated in multiple sports as a player, coach, board member, referee and mentor in adult sports since 2003. Competition through sports is uniquely positioned to unify people with a common goal and tear down walls of discrimination. With an emphasis on fostering specific goals in the sports community to be inclusive and that no individual shall be excluded from participating on the basis of sexual orientation, gender, race, religion, nationality, ethnic origin, political beliefs, athletic ability, physical challenge, or gender identity.
Shigeo Iwamiya, SDL
Shiego works at Suffolk University as Director of Life and Housing. He is currently a National Gay Flag Football League (NGFFL) board member and served as Assistant Commissioner of the New York Gay Flag Football League (NYGFFL). He also served as captain of the NGFFL B-Dvision Gay Bowl XII championship team.
Lehman has a passion for both the gridiron and the diamond having served as NGFFL Treasurer since 2011, commissioner of the Southern New England Softball League and Marketing Chairman of the NAGAAA. Sam is the referee director for the New York Gay Football League and away from sports, owns a software development company headquartered in Stamford Connecticut. He is a volunteer on the membership committee for the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce in Washington DC and is splitting time between New York City and Milford, Connecticut.

Connie Wardman, SDLT
Wardman has an extensive background in LGBTQ+ sports diversity advocacy and adult education. She has served as the Editor-in-Chief of Compete Magazine since 2011 and has also been Editor-in Chief of Rebound Magazine and StandUp Magazine, the world's first anti-bullying magazine. Wardman was a pioneer in distance learning working for PBS (Public Broadcasting Services) in their Adult Learning Service.
